Handwriting sheet maker

How it works

• Line size is the height from the top line to the writing line: Reception 20 mm, Key Stage 1 15 mm, Key Stage 2 10 mm. The middle dotted line marks the height of the small letters.
• Trace, fade, then write. Each row starts with a dark model, then dotted letters to trace, then faded letters to copy, then clear space. Repeated rows ask for less help each time.
• Left-handers. Tick the box to put the model on the right of each row, where a left-handed writer's hand does not cover it. Children differ, so try both sides.
• Printing. Choose A4, and Scale 100% (Actual size). Margins "None" or "Default" both work. Turn headers and footers off.
