Kids

This is the children's side of Free English. Every picture has a speaker button that says its name, so children who cannot read yet can find their own way. Nothing is timed.

Little Steps is for ages 4 to 6 and matches the Level 0 weeks of the Little Steps English programme. The other pictures lead to phonics, stories, games, handwriting and typing (for ages 7 and up) as those sections open.

Everything stays in this browser. There are no accounts, no ads and no tracking. Stars and stickers are saved on this device only. The sound button at the bottom left turns sound effects off; the speaker buttons still work when you press them.

Any link that leaves this site asks for a grown-up first.
