Little Steps is for ages 4 to 6. Each activity has a short action rhyme or story to say together, then a listening game with three or four questions. There are no timers and no wrong answers: a gentle sound and the words "Try again" invite another go.
The twelve activities follow the first topics of the Little Steps English programme (Level 0): week 1, Hello and goodbye, week 3, Colours, week 4, Numbers 1 to 5, week 5, My body, week 17, Farm animals, week 1, Hello and goodbye, week 7, Toys, week 10, Shapes, week 11, Weather, week 6, Feelings, week 28, Growing. Use them to practise at home after the topic has been taught, or as a first taste before school.
Sit with your child for the first few. Say the rhyme, do the actions, and let them press the speakers as often as they like.
