Teacher notes
- Print the whole pack double-sided (five sheets of paper) and staple, or hand out one page at a time.
- Answers: Word search words: rain, wet, mud, coat, boots, cloud, drop, sun. Odd one out (the odd word in each row): cake, dog, chair, duck. Fill the gaps answers: boots, cloud, umbrella, puddle, rainbow, wet. Unscramble answers: rain, wet, mud, coat, boots, cloud. Match answers: rain = It falls from clouds. umbrella = It keeps you dry. puddle = Water on the ground. boots = You wear them on your feet. rainbow = It has many colours. cloud = It is white or grey in the sky. Code breaker secret word: wet.
- Level fit: Little Steps (Level 0). The language targets are on the last page as I can statements.
- Low-ink: the pack uses only black outline and no shading, so it prints on any printer.
