Teacher notes
- Key words: apple, ball, cat, dog, egg, fish, goat, hat, igloo, jam, kite, lion, moon, nest, orange, pig, queen, rabbit, sun, tent, umbrella, van, window, box, yo-yo, zebra.
- Each card has a drawing frame. Children can draw the picture, or you can glue on a printed picture. Pictures from the Litlings picture dictionary will fill the frames when they are ready.
- Print on card and hang along the wall at child height, or on a washing line, in alphabetical order.
- Use for the first letter of a name, the day's letter, or letter-sound games.
- Print in black and white and let children colour the letters.
Picture dictionary: this printable will use 26 dictionary pictures when they are ready. Until then it uses drawing frames and clues.
