Teacher notes

  • Make the dice from thin card. A real dice is better than paper if you can use a wooden block: write the words with a pen.
  • The topic die can be redrawn each term to match your current unit.
  • Pair work: one asks, one answers, then swap. Move round the room as a speed-dating style activity.
  • Level up: ask for a follow-up question after each answer.
